Robust chunks of old world vegetables and topside served with a side dressing of green beans.

Flan Normand with King Island heavy cream

Sliced apples baked on a puff pastry flan, coated with fine sugar and made to caramel.

Robbie Dhu spring water, Speyside climate and bourbon
oak casks make this 30 year old whisky so special.
It is vibrant and oaky but balanced with notes of fruit
& sherry, long dazzling finish.
